Vari-Voula-Vouliagmeni (VVV) was one of the Greek municipalities selected by the C-Track 50 project to receive technical support for the development, implementation and financing of their long term climate and energy plan. It was awarded the prize in category "Innovation Procurement of the Year", thanks to their public procurement of innovation for a complete reconstruction of a building, carried out in close cooperation with Regional Energy Agency North.
